TEMEX ULN OCSO 500 MHz at MTT-S IMS 2008 Show Atlanta, GA, Aeroflex Booth # 1627

This year, during International Microwave Symposium at Atlanta, USA, TEMEX ULN OCSO at 500 MHz will be presented as DUT (Device Under Test) in new DCNTS phase noise test bench of Aeroflex at booth # 1627.
Using ULN OCSO (P/N: SR B250) enhances the measurement capabilities of the new DCNTS phase noise test bench of Aeroflex.
Three SR B250 are connected to the test bench, one as DUT and two as LOs (Local Oscillators). Cross correlation technique allows to reduce drastically internal noise floor and LO’s phase noise of the test bench, and to measure phase noise of the sole DUT with a test bench noise floor around – 190 dBc/Hz.
The measurement of SR B250 shows 6 dB improvement of the noise floor, preliminary specified at – 175 dBc/Hz.
Phase noise floor: – 182 dBc/Hz @ F0 = 500 MHz
